Our system connects directly to major auction houses via WebSocket. When you place a bid, our engine executes it in real-time using a headless browser, ensuring the fastest possible response.

What is proxy bidding?

Proxy bidding allows you to set a maximum limit. The system automatically increases your bid in small increments only when someone outbids you, up to your limit.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. We use industry-standard encryption and never store full payment details on our servers. All transactions are processed through PCI-compliant gateways.

Can I cancel a bid?

Once placed, bids are final and cannot be retracted. Please double-check your bid amount before confirming.

What happens if I win an auction?

You'll receive an email notification and the item will appear in your "Won Auctions" dashboard. Our team will then coordinate payment and shipping.
