Our proxy bidding system will automatically increase your bid in increments up to your maximum limit. You may adjust your maximum limit at any time before the auction ends.

4. Fees & Payments

Auction fees are clearly displayed before you place a bid. Payment must be made within the specified timeframe. We accept major credit cards and wire transfers.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use bots, scripts, or other automated means to manipulate auctions. Any fraudulent activity will lead to immediate termination.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for indirect damages arising from the use of our platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
